Returns

At Lily Taylor Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for store credit issued as an e-gift card. Please note that only the order subtotal will be credited; shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Please note that the store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive your store credit e-gift card by email, which can be used on any future purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Lily Taylor Designs cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Lily Taylor Designs), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, we are NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
