Starting January 1, 2025, all sales on Lily Taylor Designs will be final. This policy will apply to all orders purchased on or after this date.

All purchases are non-refundable. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@lilytaylordesigns.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Lily Taylor Designs cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (Lily Taylor Designs), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, we are NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier.
Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.
