How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Once an order leaves our shop, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Do you have a storefront?

Not yet! We would love to open one someday.

Do you offer local pickup?

In some cases, we can accommodate local pickup. We are located in Woodstock, GA. To schedule a local pickup, email us at support@lilytaylordesigns.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we'll work with you on your exchange.

Care instructions can be found on the product labels and descriptions. We recommend following these instructions to ensure the longevity of your garments.

Are the colors of the products accurate to what I see online?

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.
