Shipping Policy:

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.
• Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Methods:

• We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• Available shipping methods include USPS Standard Shipping (estimated delivery within 3-7 business days) and USPS Expedited Shipping (estimated delivery within 2-4 business days).

Shipping Costs:

• Costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, delivery location, and the total order weight.
• View shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Track your shipment's status and progress with the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Address Accuracy:

• Ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
• We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed Shipments:

• Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We'll keep you updated and work towards a solution if delays occur.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• Contact our customer support at support@lilytaylordesigns.com with your order number and details for assistance.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

• Contact us promptly for changes or cancellations. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Returns Policy:

At Lily Taylor Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for store credit issued as an e-gift card.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive your store credit e-gift card by email, which can be used on any future purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors, remove immediately. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry on medium, cool iron if needed (do not iron if decorated). Do not dry clean.
